It’s an interactive culinary experience where you, the client, get a chance to see the food being prepared before your eyes. Food stations allow for showmanship and culinary entertainment that will hopefully engage you to try new things and see why I’m so excited about the food I cook.

How perfect it was for our Jewish film festival to have engaged Yousef Kayal for audiences of ~100 screening cross-cultural cinema! Thoughtfully uniting Jewish, Palestinian, and related cultures' foods (among them babka, sabich, and black hummus), Yousef curated, created , and catered a memorably delicious and delightful in-cinema culinary experience!
