Recipes are pointless if you keep them to yourself. Here I will share some of my favourite dishes for you to try on your own. I encourage you to get your family involved, and teach your kids what real food is all about.  Feel free to play with your food and tweak the recipes to make them your own. Filipino Lumpia Shanghai
Lumpia or Lumpiang Shanghai is a type of Filipino egg roll. My recipe filling is composed of minced pork and prawn along with diced onions, carrots, and seasonings.
Turkish Adana Kebab
It is one of the most popular kebabs in Turkish cuisine. Adana Kebab originated in the city of Adana in Turkey and is made of minced lamb and beef mounted on a metal skewer and then cooked over hot coals. It is seasoned with peppers, parsley, cumin, and some other spices.
Asian Tuna Tartare
My Asian tuna tartare is made with Ahi tuna (raw sushi grade tuna) cut into small pieces or cubes and cured with spices, herbs and fermented sauces The aromatic flavors of ginger, lemongrass, soy sauce, chili, and lime juice are there to accentuate the clean taste of the tuna and create balance.
Salmon Mousse
My salmon mousse is made with whipping cream, full fat yogurt, salmon filet, and some tarragon. It’s a magical combination that is light, fluffy, and totally delicious.
